A suspected MS-13 gang member was captured Saturday, days after he broke into the New York City bedroom of a sleeping 11-year-old girl and raped her, police said. Julio C. Ayala, 18, was arrested Saturday and charged with rape, sexually motivated burglary, criminal sex act, sexual abuse and act in a manner injurious to a child, New York City police said. Police told Fox News that Ayala is believed to be an MS-13 gang member and is from El Salvador.  Authorities have been hunting for the 18-year-old since Wednesday after he allegedly climbed into the girl’s bedroom in Brooklyn through the second-floor window about 11:30 p.m. and raped her. A “vibrant” 9-year-old girl’s life was turned on its head last week when she learned that she has a rare, potentially fatal condition that will require a bone marrow transplant to better her chances of survival. Camryn Anderson, a student at Riojas Elementary School in Pflugerville, Texas, was recently diagnosed with aplastic anemia, a rare condition that “occurs when your body stops producing enough new blood cells,” according to the Mayo Clinic , which added that aplastic anemia “leaves you feeling fatigued and with a higher risk of infections and uncontrolled bleeding.” Each year, roughly 600 to 900 people in the U.S. are diagnosed with aplastic anemia, according to The Aplastic Anemia and MDS International Foundation. Right-wing protesters and opponents of  Angela Merkel ‘s liberal immigration policy have staged a fresh rally in Germany today six days after a German man was allegedly stabbed to death by two migrants. Thousands of marchers waving German flags took to the streets on Saturday while leftists started a rival protest and more than 1,200 police officers kept watch in the city of Chemnitz.  This evening police said they had asked the organisers to end the march for the day, prompting calls of ‘resistance’ and booing and whistling from the crowd.  Tensions over Merkel’s 2015 decision to open Germany’s doors to a million asylum seekers have flared up this week since 35-year-old Daniel Hillig was killed last Sunday.  Today’s march led by members of the anti-immigration AfD party, which is represented in Germany’s parliament, follows violence earlier this week involving neo-Nazi marchers making Hitler salutes.  Right-wing groups including the AfD and the street mo...
